I am here for you.

My name is Mina and I am a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario. As a South Asian therapist, I recognize and value the vulnerability and strength that it takes to reach out for support, especially with the stigma that surrounds mental health in the South Asian community, as well as other cultures. Using a holistic and person-centered approach, I aim to provide therapy through a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive lens to ensure that my clients feel safe and included. I work with individuals (18+) to strengthen self-awareness, identify triggers and symptoms, build coping skills to manage those triggers and symptoms, increase self-esteem and self-compassion, and cultivate supportive and healthy relationships with themselves and others.

I support young adults (18+) with a variety of challenges, including: anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationships, family conflict, academics, stress, building coping skills, and mindfulness techniques. I specialize in various evidence based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered and Strengths Based Therapy. I am a strong advocate for my clients and practice empathy and compassion every step of the way. I strive to provide a safe place for all people that promotes growth and self love.
